As a
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) 6 client with coverage for 6,000+ desktops,
you are eligible to receive a ISO SAM Assessment at no charge, during each of
the first and second year of your EA 6 enrollment. The engagement must be
completed 45 days prior to the anniversary date of your enrollment. Insight’s
ISO SAM Assessment can be used to establish short-term action plans to ensure
compliancy, while providing your organization with the necessary foundation to
develop a long-term software license management strategy.
ISO SAM ASSESSMENT – ENSURE LICENSE COMPLIANCY
An Insight ISO SAM
Assessment will provide you with a review of how your organization’s SAM
practices compare to ISO 19770-1 guidelines. Insight’s SAM team will work with
you to answer a set of key questions around organizational management, core SAM
processes and SAM process interfaces. Then, an Insight SAM consultant will
analyze the answers and present the findings, along with recommendations, to
your key IT executives. You choose whether or not to disclose these findings to
Microsoft.
